Thank you once again for your prompt response to my earlier e-mail to you, and I very much appreciate your generosity of increasing my payment by 5%.

As feedback, I feel that your company has been very professional and efficient with customer service.

I would also like to inform you that I had not thought of selling any of my jewelry that I had not worn in years, until I saw an advertisement on television by one of your "competitors." However, trying to be a conscientious consumer and noticing different companies purchasing gold, I decided to do some research on the internet, especially focusing on gold buyers with a high rating with the BBB -- and low and behold -- I read about your company and I was very impressed by the BBB rating of A+.
