Q: Do you pay for Gem Stones?
A: Unfortunately we do not pay for Gem Stones. However, we do pay wholesale price for diamonds received.

Q: I have a ring with a stone missing. I am not sure if I should sell it for cash or repair to keep it. Do you have any suggestions?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot tell you the exact repair cost without detailed information about your ring. However, if the ring has some sentimental value to you or is still in fashion with some semi-precious stones or diamonds in it, you are probably better off repairing the ring to keep it. It will be lot more expensive to buy a new ring in similar style. Our professional repair service will cost you at least $29.95 and additional material cost which, in this case, as is for the missing stone. In most case, your total out of pocket expense should be less than $100 if the size of stone is no more than 3-4 point. You can also send some unwanted jewelry together to cover your repair expenses and even receive leftover cash if you send enough unwanted jewelry.

Q: Do you repair watches?
A: Sorry, we do not repair watches.

Q: Do you buy watches?
A: We only buy gold or platinum watches. The value of the watch will ONLY be determined by the gold or platinum content of the watchband not by the brand name of the watch.

Q: Some of my old gold jewelry has diamonds or semi-precious stones. Do I try to remove them before sending to you, or do you return them to me?
A: Any jewelry containing diamonds will be credited back to your account and paid for on your settlement sheet. However we will only pay any diamonds larger than 3 point due to the high labor cost and risk of damaging the small stones during the removal process. Any jewelry containing semi-precious stones or small diamonds will not be paid for. You are welcome to remove these stones before sending us if you want to keep them.

Q: I have a piece of gold but I’m not sure it’s authentic. Can I still receive money for this?
A: We have a team of experts to determine the value of the gold or platinum jewelry you sent to us. However please do not send us items you are certain are not authentic.

Q: What is a Pennyweight?
A: 20 Pennyweight (DWT) equals 1 ounce.

Q: What is a Spot Price?
A: The market price for immediate delivery of a commodity, such as gold or platinum. This is the price of the commodity which is trading at for the day.

Q: What kind of gold or jewelry will you accept?
A: We gladly accept ALL gold or platinum jewelry no matter how badly broken or ugly it is and we guarantee to have your check sent to you within 24 hours or deposited into your account the next day should you choose the TurboCash option.

Q: Is the DIRECT-to-JEWELERTM recycle pack free?
A: Yes! Also shipping and insurance are prepaid. If you wish to insure your package for additional value (over $100), the United States Post office can handle all requests.

Q: I have fine jewelry and would like some extra security in terms of packaging. Can I use my own packaging?
A: Our DIRECT-to-JEWELERTM recycle Return Kit comes with a very heavy duty, DuPont Tyvek™ bag. While these bags will generally be enough for any item you wish to send us, if you have any concerns, feel free to use your own packaging. Please email info@topcash4anygold.com for more information.

Q: How will I know when you've received my gold/jewelry?
A: We will e-mail you once we received your package or call you if you don’t have an e-mail address. You should  contact our customer service representatives if you don’t hear from us after reasonable delivery time. (It should be no more than 3-4 business days)

Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with the amount I have been paid?
A: If you are unhappy with your payment, do not worry. We must receive the check back within 10 days of the date printed on the check. Once we have the check, we will return your gold or jewelry, no questions asked.

Q: Can I use my own packaging?
A: Yes you can. If you prefer not having to wait to receive our free DIRECT-to-JEWELERTM Return Kit from us, feel free to use your own packaging. Please e-mail info@topcash4anygold.com for more information.
