Under a security video camera, we weigh your DIRECT-to-JEWELER^TM recycle kit before opening it. Then we verify the contents of the kit in clear view of the camera. The surveillance footage of the kit and their contents are accessible for 2 months afterwards upon request to ensure trust and complete satisfaction from our customers.

Precision

Each item in the Sell-It bag and Fix-It bag is weighed on a certified scale and tested (assayed) for the precious metal content. Our state-of-the-art equipment will accurately test and weigh your items.

Fairness

To ensure the best possible payment of gold, total cash value for the items in the Sell-It bag is determined based upon the combined weight and assay result. For accuracy, the gold quote varies on a daily basis according to the rates of the gold market on the day of processing.

Expertise

Each item in the Fix-It bag will be evaluated and given a repair quote determined by our repair service team. Repair cost is based upon the labor cost and material cost. Our minimum repair service charge is $29.95 (Includes most simple soldering repairs and return shipping)

If you sent us ONLY the unwanted jewelry in the Sell-It bag:
All you have to do is just wait for your check to arrive in your mailbox or cash to be deposited into your checking account. Either method will be carried out within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

If you ALSO sent us the broken jewelry to be repaired in the Fix-It bag:
We will notify you by e-mail or telephone when your repair quote and buy-out quote is ready to be viewed on our website. At that time, you can log on to our website GoldTracker and advise us, for each item, on one of three options: REPAIR, SELL or send your jewelry back to you, un-repaired.

If you do not advise us within 14 days of our notification, we will repair all the items in your Fix-It bag and you will be responsible for the repair cost.

Once we receive the payment, we will ship your repaired items to you. You can pay by credit card over the phone or send us a check unless you have enough credit from your unwanted jewelry in the Sell-It kit.
